We were approached by Mash Media, organisers of The Event Production Show, the UK’s flagship trade show for the events industry to deliver a high-visibility aerial stunt like no other.
We supplied one of our larger radio-controlled airships equipped with the latest cine- camera system to provide fully stabilised video footage streaming to massive screens around the venue. In addition, the organisers were able to sell the advertising on the airship to their headline sponsor.
The Challenge & Our Solution:
Mash Media wanted to elevate the attendee experience at The Event Production Show2025. Their goal was to offer an eye-catching, tech-led activation that captured the energy of the event while adding real value for a sponsor.
We supplied the customised radio-controlled airship and technical crew for the headline sponsor LMP Group, who were looking to make a bold impression to their target audience of event professionals, planners, and producers.
The airship was the perfect floating ambient media billboard—engaging the crowd, streaming unique perspectives, and reinforcing LMP Group’s positioning as a leader in their market.
Execution
From the moment it launched, the airship became a signature feature at the event. Gliding silently overhead, it captured dynamic footage of the show, streamed live to venue screens and social platforms, while the LMP Group branding remained prevalent.
